What is eventtus ?

eventtus is a social network for events. We help you find interesting events, share your plans with friends, socialize during events and meet new people. We help you express and introduce yourself at events.

As an organizer, we help you connect more with your attendees, promote and manage your events. We give you tools to deliver successful events whether it's a small friends outing, musical concert or a big professional conference.

Who are we ?

We are a young team from Egypt, passionate about technology and we love attending events. We met at "Startup Weekend Cairo" in May 2011, and it was the perfect team, then we got the idea of eventtus and started working on it since June 2011, and launched the first prototype in September 2011.

How it works ?

eventtus is all about events, tell us what you like and we will make sure to recommend you the best events happening nearby you. Follow your friends and public figures to keep updated with events they are attending, and share cool events you like with your friends.

During events, We help you shine and introduce yourself to meet like minded people and make new friends or professional connections. First check-in at events and announce your presence, then find who else is there already, start socializing with great people and know more about them and what's common between you by checking their "Event cards".
Capture your event moments and share your photos, videos and comments with friends and don't forget to announce who you met by hitting the "Handshake" button to easily find them later.

Are you organizing an event ?

We give you lots of tools and services to help you organize and manage your events.
Create your event in few steps and let us help you promote your event and deliver it to the right audience. Use our tools to manage your event and engage with your audience. for example, you can send live updates and announcements to your attendees on their mobiles. We give you reports about your attendees online behavior during the event to help you understand your audience, what they like the most about your event and what you should improve next time.
